DescriptionOur client is the Latin American division of a $10 Billion corporation, experiencing significant growth and in need of a Project Management Officer. This position will support ERP and Business Process Reengineering implementations in the Latin American region. The Project Management Officer will manage strategic planning of projects and a key area of responsibility will involve managing simultaneous ERP implementations across several countries in the Region. Other areas of responsibility include Data Migration, Supporting End-to-End tests across countries, coordinating User Training, Establishing Technical Support and implementing Change Management Strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
Strong track record of Project Management experience
7 or more years in a multinational environment
Knowledge of a structured Project Management Methodology (such as PMbok)
Prior ERP implementations across multiple countries, Navision would be a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish required, Portuguese a plus)
Experience in projects involving technology and process across Latin America required
Experience with working with senior executives, identifying strategy for key projects
